Coalesce Architecture.
Coalesce means to grow together; to merge, blend, mix. It is also a 20 year old architecture firm grounded on the conviction that good design is a blend of program, site and people. It does not spring full blown into existence, whether as a pre-conceived style or a signature statement, but develops over time. A house should look as though it belongs on its site and become a comfortable part of the lives that use it. Principal Architect Bill Arthur A.I.A, graduated in March 1983 from the University of Utah and is best known for a number of modern houses in Emigration Canyon. He is very concerned with energy efficiency and is a Passive House Certified Architect (see http://www.passivehouse.us) . Coalesce does not use stock plans and Bill will custom design each project and follow the project personally through production of construction drawings, permitting and construction.
